CD key unauthorized

Whenever I try to connect to a server, it says my CD key is unauthorized. I was just playing fifteen minutes earlier, and all of a sudden it says this. Anyone know why?

I was going from the wilderness to Mikona when NWN crashed, and now I can't log back on.
