Toolkit error

I can start the toolkit, load mods, and work on them, but when I go to save it all goes to hell. If I click "save as" or "save" it just sits there. Anywhere I click I get the default bong sound. Using Task Manager, I maximized the tasked looking for a hidden window like "Save As" or "Save" asking for the destination and this lovely all-black window appears behind the toolkit window. I can play the game just fine all day and all night. I just can't save anything I build.

This is a new system just over 2 weeks old. Specs as follows:

Windows 11 Home 64-bit
AMD Ryzen 7 5700G
48.0GB Dual-Channel DDR4
MAG B550M MORTAR MAX WIFI
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti Driver: 32.0.15.5599
ATI AMD Radeon Graphics Driver: 31.0.21912.14

I've turned off Threading on the Nvidia control panel
I've tried all three monitors (2 on the Nvidia and 1 on AMD)
I've knocked my system down to a single monitor
I've checked permissions for the NWN folder in the docs
I've turned off my security (F-Secure) and even uninstalled it
I've uninstalled NWN twice and reinstalled it
I've changed the CPU infinity string in the INI a few times
I've installed NWN Diamond and even its toolkit does the same
I've rolled back both of my vid drivers
I've uninstalled my video drivers and gone fresh
I've read hundreds of posts about toolkit problems and nothing has helped

Any help would so be welcomed

Thanks

I know you mentioned that you've tried looking for the save prompt window.

When I change my monitor configuration sometimes the toolkit puts the save prompt "out of bounds" or on the VERY edge of a screen.
I try to fix this by making sure I have the toolkit windowed (not maximized) and adjust my monitors to off/mirror the primary (3 monitor setup), at least until I can find the save prompt again.
I drag it to a better behaved spot, save, reset the monitor settings, and save again (making sure I didn't lose it again)

Have you tried a compatibility mode with it yet? It's a "right click" away in Windows.
