NWNEE disappearing trailing mouse fix

Well, I had some issues with my GoG NWN EE install, so I thought I'd share my problem and fix. If you have any issues let everyone know about them. I suspect most people won't cross paths with this problem but a few might.
I had issues with my mouse disappearing in Fullscreen mode but not windows mode when the Hardware mouse option was on. If I turned the hardware mouse option off it would show up in both windowed and fullscreen but it would auto unequip items in inventory that were really close to the edge of the game window in both Windowed and Fullscreen mode. I found the solution and if you have mouse pointer trails on in windows it causes the issue with the hardware mouse option on. I have Windows 10 21h2 Os Build 19044.1889, Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4180.0, Processor i7 3770k, and an XFX HD7770 video card. GoG NWN EE version V86.8193.34.1 [b8d939f8]

I also submitted feedback to Microsoft through "Settings/troubleshoot/Give Feedback" in Windows 10.
