PrC assassin

ok question from a noob i have looked around but i can't find a post about it are the SoU PrCs like assassin not on or something i was told by a friend that i could not make my pure rogue a assassin if any could just give a link to a post with info would be greatly welcome thanks

The PrC's all are being added in. Right now they are all disabled, but here is the thing. Our awesome quest creators are making quests which will allow access to the PrC's. That means in order to be an assassin you will have to do the assassin quest and then if you complete it and have the prereqs for assassin you can level as an assassin. If you want a different PrC you have to do thje quest for them.
Right now I have no date for when this will be completed, or which ones are being worked on first, but they will come as they are finished.
I too am waiting to make an assassin.

The Arcane Archer quest will be the first to go in, if it isn't already, but they've supposedly got folks working on pretty much all of them right now.

I will confirm Arcane Archer is first...but I am not sure about the other quests.

Will will gets hints about when to start looking, possibly narrowed down to at least server?
Makes one impatient to know the coolest PrC is to be one of the first ones finished

They will most likely be posted inthe development updates thread. Just check it often and maybe one day *added in arcane archer quest or *added in assassin quest will appear there.

Shadowdancer will be the next to go in. I'm already planning one for Assassin as well - that should be one of the next ones developed.

AFAIK Assassin still does not have a scripted quest. If you want to make your character an assasin, please send a detailed description/background along with a declaration of your intentions to the team one level BEFORE the level you hope to take the PrC. If you don't hear back from us, resubmit the above two weeks later. Eventually a DM will run a PrC quest for you.

Pardon me mr person in all black... are you an assassin? A Dirk? Well that does me no good.
Excuse me mr person in shiny white armor can you direct me to the assassin trianing grounds?
And my favorite I said to a certain healer of Cha'Reth when I first started playing:
What do I do? I am training to be an assassin!
Ah... once my main dies/wanders off/gets blown to oblivion I cant wait to be a vile assassin
at least then my GSid and board name will make some sense
