The Way of Skern

Kurion is a Monk of the Red Tiger Chapter. What book ye say? Good question! I have researched the gods that can have Druids - and Skern is my target deity for this Chapter. He is the god of Centaurs, Natural Balance, and such. Natural Balance is my key.
Kurion's precept is that he tunes his Ki with nature, and meditates on the natural day and night. He studies wildlife lore and the way of beasts to gain insights into his fighting style. Masters of this Chapter have a Tiger as an Ally - hence the name.
But here is the catch, the Monks of the Red Tiger are Druids that fight bare handed. New students believe that it is their Ki that enables them the arts to heal, and gives them their sense of One-ness with Nature.
Enlightened Ones have a Vision, where it is shown that they are servants of Skern. This is my blue-print for Kurion. He is a part of a Chapter that is very reclusive and strict - he cannot turn from the Way of the Red Tiger.
Since I know my allegiances, I am asked questions regarding the Chapter. So far, my unenlightenment has been my escape.
To Roleplay this character to his full extent, I may need some interaction. My questions are for the legality of my claims to start with -
I haven't brought Skern into it, yet - I have only said I am a Monk.
Would Skern bless a Chapter of Monks with Druidic powers?
If so, What is Skern's motivation?
That is really all I need to know, but ANY help with this character would be great. If Skern does enlighten Kurion, it will be my aim to spread the word of the Gospel of Skern. My Chapter may be mentioned as an aside, but I am not going to be recruiting for such a strict character path; the point here is to become enlightened and spread the word of the Deity to Southern Avlis. The Chapter has sent me on a Vision Quest, and this is my aim with Kurion.
