Please note a small update to the M'Chekian wiki, and the addition of a new map. This map is IC for all players who think their character should know this stuff.

I notice on the map that the village south of lake Tevez-Rintel (Blandenberg's unnamed Lake), seems to be in disputed ownership, between Blandenberg and Bostwick. Or am i just reading things into that?

That's correct... depending on whom you ask, the border is either the river or the southern edge of the village.

It has an interesting OOC history as well... we were asked as a Team to clarify, since RP in the playerbase, events, spawns, and signage had led some to question ICly. Looking at the Teamside documentation, it turns out that it's not very clear even for us... so we decided to leave it an open question for characters to grapple with. I'll be updating the wiki with some more background on that a little later today, in the Blandenberg entry.
