With the impending release of Hordes of the Underdark, what new feature are you looking forward to the most? Well ... besides bugs.

Toss up between more PrC and Feats. Although I won't be making any new characters on Avlis, I'll be sure to use the new PrC when I try out the HOTU single player campaign as well as in some mods of friends.

I'm looking forward to the epic levels...

Not so much for the sake of more power, but rather with the lvl cap rased to 40, I could actually start taking levels in the Champion PrC.

Its all about the skies man. No more of that lame dark background that you see in NWN right now. The great thing about this game compaired to other multiplayer RPG's is the flexability in being able to design you own world and actually DM. But, the drawback to that has been the lack of graphical detail. Now with HoU, that will be greatly improved from the looks of some of the screenshots. Cant wait to see it on my screen 8)

That's the problem with his poll... There's no one thing I'm really excited about.

Skys will be a wonderful addition to NWN. Robes will be very nice to see. Scripting will be great to have... There's just so much to look forward to.

I went with scripting. With all the new things they are adding I see the team doing more with that than any other part. Sure the epic levels are nice but I dont have character over lvl10 so I dont care much. Feats are nice, but nothing critical until you get to the epic feats...which like I said I dont have a character close.

The sky looks fantastic I will agree, but how long will it last before it becomes just the usual sky?

Maybe I am biased a bit thoguh...

Whips.

So classy, so under-represented by games.

Like, the smallest thing on the list and i'm most looking forward to it. Go style over substance ;)

Did I say classy? Maybe I should have said stylish. Very few RP situations involving whips will be classy 8)

psssssssst jake is lvl 11! ha!
oh i hope i dont get deleted from the boards for saying that.

anyway, i voted for epic levels, youll be able to make some pretty wicked items in the toolset if they have a lvl 40 restriction!, single player at least and PvP servers thats what im most excited about. In avlis id rather get all my PCs up to 10th level than get one up to lvl 40. so for avlis i'd say scripting commands, so that brilliant team of ours can kick some butt with some new nifty tricks. oh and maybe make cursed items, that be sweet!

I'm looking forward to the epic levels just because now I can start working a character and not bother with multiclassing him cause I know I'll have someplace to go with it once I get bored with the current class.
I could care less whether the glass is half full or half empty you pathetic PhD wielding excuse for a slime troll! Who the flying furry fu*k drank my water??

I?d have to say Scripting, nothing excites me more than the advancement in a limited instruction set to further be able to create a more immersed playing domain.

Scripts. There's a hell of a lot of new scripting commands and features coming out, that I am sure will be very useful to those that can understand them. Unlike me. I like looking at the pretty lights in the sky.

Sky. What is that? Oh yes, I remember, it is that thing I used to see before I became addicted to Avlis and started spending all my time indoors playing Avlis. Well yes, that would be quite a nice thing to have in the game.

I was going to say epic levels, but let's face it - my character is level 8 after the same number of months - I'm not likely to see 20+ for a while.

So, scripting! Anything that gives the Team more creative flexibility is an incredible addition to the game.

Hopefully the whips will increase disarm chance as they are supposed to do, and trip.

Guess I'm going to have to suck it up and take that Exotic Weapon feat after all.

Oh yeah... and I want to see one-handed crossbows.

That was an option, wasn't it?!

What will you be doing with that free hand? On second thought, nevermind.
