Is there a way to incorporate it into the Bug Tracker, or make a similar system called the Player Idea Tracker?

A character using this power always seems to land gracefully on his feet. This grants him a 5 point bonus to tumbling and makes him nearly impossible to knockdown.

Does "nearly impossible" mean "immune to"? If so, that seems a little broken, as Immunity to Knockdown is, as far as I know, a CoPaP-banned property. How about changing it to mirror True Seeing, which rather than providing BioWare TS (also a banned property?), adds +2 to Spot per class level (to a max of +50)? So therefore a +2 to Discipline per Psionicist level. Or at the very least, change it to rounds/level or 1/2 a round per level.
Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

Interesting consideration, surfer. Let me see if we can get a CCC discussion going on this. We'd want to confirm how the power works exactly before determining any potential changes to it.

What? It isn't banned as a spell effect. It is banned from being on items. BioTS was chopped off and True Seeing edited because it was ridiculously broken and unbalanced. I really don't get the argument here. Things are banned as written below:CoPaP wrote:Banned Items: These rules are REQUIRED so as to ensure balance among the confederation.
