increase the lowest weekly experience cap. for characters in that level range it's incredibly easy to hit the cap with the increased combat exp. i know partying up is an option to drag it out, but there are very few low level characters (mostly level 40 or close), or they have already "capped out." Someone fresh to this PW may get frustrated if they must wait 6+ days after hitting their cap.

Is it possible to get more Wooly Ox in game?

It's by far the hardest thing to come by for me because they spawn so rarely.

Hook dwarven defender's defensive stance similar to barbarians. Also remove the immobilization and moving kicking it off. It was a good concept, but right now it is completely useless.

GrimlyAxefingler wrote:Defensive Stance should give 25% physical dmg immunity after 20 lvls of dwarven defender. Because i think it would be awesome, not because it does in any other versions of DnD.

DM replies to Player Idea Box idea's. Even 'No' or 'working on it' or 'already implemented' . Been 2013 since the last one. It would be good to know that A) the ideas are being seen and considered and B) that the thread is still active.

In replacement of Speed toggle for Monk, why not use the reduce movement speed?

Going to ask behind the curtain for ideas for working with this. There has to be a better way.

Not to start a discussion on it, but is there a need to make this more difficult than it is? There has been about a 100 posts the last three years, that's about one post every ten days on average.

Should be doable for someone to read, and respond to that? Maybe allow CCC people to edit posts, to help with the workload?

Here's another idea: Have the Ore Shovel have another option: "Shovel ingots from your inventory into your empty bags"

Right now it can only be done with ore, or ingots from a forge. But not directly from inventory.

Just putting it here for what it's worth, it's not high priority but might be really easy to fix as well:

Verloghokbol has a lot of stellar quests, many of them require saves that are quite hard to beat at low level. Still, the rewards are miniscule. I did 5 quests with a lowbie of mine spending about 1,5 hours and recieved, 6xp, 8xp, 50xp, 100xp, and 88xp. That's from knowing my way around a bit as well.

Suggestion: Up the XP/Gold rewards in Verlog tenfold. Those quests deserve it!

Catfall fix

PostAuthor: surfer69 » Wed Aug 30, 2017 6:24 pm

Catfall

Power Score: Con -2
Cost: 8
Discipline: Psychometabolism
Range: 0
Area of Effect: Personal
Duration: 1 turn / level
Save: None
Prerequisites: None
Required For: None
A character using this power always seems to land gracefully on his feet. This grants him a 5 point bonus to tumbling and makes him nearly impossible to knockdown.

Does "nearly impossible" mean "immune to"? If so, that seems a little broken, as Immunity to Knockdown is, as far as I know, a CoPaP-banned property. How about changing it to mirror True Seeing, which rather than providing BioWare TS (also a banned property?), adds +2 to Spot per class level (to a max of +50)? So therefore a +2 to Discipline per Psionicist level. Or at the very least, change it to rounds/level or 1/2 a round per level.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

Don't want to start a debate here but you probably don't play a psionic to ask for this. I feel it's already one of the most unloved class on Avlis, so please let it be.

Interesting consideration, surfer. Let me see if we can get a CCC discussion going on this. We'd want to confirm how the power works exactly before determining any potential changes to it.

What? It isn't banned as a spell effect. It is banned from being on items. BioTS was chopped off and True Seeing edited because it was ridiculously broken and unbalanced. I really don't get the argument here. Things are banned as written below:

CoPaP wrote:Banned Items: These rules are REQUIRED so as to ensure balance among the confederation. These items should never be given out more than once or twice, ever. Players who already have these items in their possesion from a time period before linking to CoPaP may keep them. However, the following items are banned from dropping:
Hide in Plain Sight (HiPS)
Immune knockdown
Immune mind affecting
Immune spell school
Immune specific spell
Perma Haste
Immune spell by level
Immune Critical Hit
Immune Sneak Attack
Immune Death Magic
Some of the On Hit effects (dispels, vorpal and the slays in particular)
Cast Spell of a spell level higher than 4
Damage Resistance of greater than 15
Improved Evasion
True Seeing
Items with FR description (unless you run a FR world)

Please make it so that the bard's Curse Song breaks invisibility, and reveals you if you're using Invisibility Sphere? (or consider it, post it teamside for discussion? :D )

Since when? X:| Unless it is meant to break the casting bard's invisibility/sphere. Is that what's meant?

A decent one time bonus exp for the first time you craft something new to encourage learning and trying more recipes even if they have no real use.
