Weird message

I get a weird message when I'm trying to open my playerhousing chest.

Script p_cont_onused, oid: 800127 bb, tag: dropbox_firefl_00, error: divide by zero.

It happened last night when I dropped off a few bags. First page was suddenly another color than the others pages, so I tried to reinitialize. That's when it went all bad and the script came when I was trying to open it after.

Now I just logged in and noticed there has been a server reset, so I hoped it would remove the weird message, but...it was still there when trying to open the chest.

What do I do and who to contact? and also - why can't I get access to the "report a bug" place?

Apparently my username and password isn't the right one to get access.

I'm guessing it's one of your bags, color coded and renamed, that is causing the problem. Which entry does the color bleed over from? Is it the Materials Bag 1? Because in the database, I don't see the closing tag for the color code there.

Yes, I think your right about that bag. I think I had the color changed offworld, and now thinking about it - the chest didn't come with that weird message till I had dumped off that bag in the chest that night.

What do I do? Can you "remove/delete" the bag somehow and fix the chest?

The easiest thing to do is to remove that Bag from the chest. Take it to the Bag renaming guy on Avlis and rename the bag again. That will solve the problem.

Do note, that if you want the bag to have the exact same name + name color as it has now. You'll need to first name it something different. Then rename it a second time to return to the name + color you have now.

The problem is that I can't even open the chest.

After a reset it says that weird script:

When I try to open a few min after that or later for that matter, it comes with the normal:
"I need a moment to get ready"....but...nothing more happens. It doesn't open.

So..I can't even pick up the bag, heh.

Destroy the bag or rename it - I'm fine with what ever is easiest for you to do. I just like to get access to the chest again (the one outside in the treetop) and I promise - no more offworld renaming bags ever again .

Tested this aswell and even did a server reset. It's as Coco says. Can't take anything out of the chest.

Bummer. Then it has to be directly deleted via the database followed by a server reset. So that's a task for Grunt or Krackq. I'll try to get their attention on this.

I don't know what it means, but it sounds real bad.

I'm really sorry about all this, and trust me when I say - I won't ever name my bags offworld no more.

fixed the closing tag on the bag name which will hopefully resolve the issue (Thanks Grunt!)

If you can get to the chest menu to reinitialize it.. that would be awesome.. if not, I just need to know the server its on so that a dm or I can restart it.

OK I just manually removed the entry from the table, a re-initialize might do the trick (or a reset if that doesn't work). Thankfully it was just a bag, so those are easy to do a drop replace

Grunt's removal of the weirdly named bag out of the chest in the DB, together with a server reset has worked. No more errors showing up and a normal Greater Magic Bag has been put in the chest to replace it.

Not your fault! What server did you rename it on? We'd want to pass along a message to them about the missing closing tag on the color code, to prevent future issues for anyone else
