character stuck in portal

Hi I tried to portal my character Gidish from deglos to ysgard but was dominated with the message you can not server hop from deglos to ysgard, i tried to log back into deglos but was again dominated with the message you can not server hop from ysgard to deglos , I waited an hour but could still not log into either server, could i get help getting out of the portal please , thanks

A big rave to Shard for all his help I am sorry it took so long but poor Gid seems to get into troubles a lot, maybe he could use more Int items
