Masterlist: Assistance from the Team

The team is committed to assisting players, and offers a variety of methods to give your character customized perks in the world or help you if you've gotten stuck somewhere on the server. Below is a frequent list of requests and offers we can help you with. Please be aware that while the team is very interested in assisting players, we are limited in number and this limitation may affect the amount of requests we can take in or the length of time it will take to process a request.

Note as well that some requests are larger than others - for example, if you are requesting a custom race for remort options and going with something unusual, the team will require more time to go through your request.

Note on Requesting DM events: It is our policy to refuse individual requests for DM events. This is simply because we don't (and never will) have enough DMs to accommodate the flood of requests we would get if we accepted them.

Can I have Boots of Speed?
Understand that certain unusual requests will be denied.

I sent a PM to the Dungeon Masters and they haven't gotten back to me yet.
If it's been a month or more please send a follow-up PM.

I have questions about player housing...
For this one, please PM Hamlet instead of the Dungeon Master's team; Hamlet is our PH expert.
