Xeo's Events

PostAuthor: Xeo » Mon Dec 26, 2016 9:10 am

This is my events thread :D

Now I'm a Minor DM, I can now run one shot events. So I thought I would create my own events thread for me to manage and update the community what I will be running.

I've been hoping to DM more, but of course my timezone sucks for most of you but is great for the European player base and a couple of other timezones. I can run stuff in other timezones but it will totally depend on what I am doing or how tired I am. So weekends is best for me there.

As most of you will know I have my first child Freya. While she sits on my lap asleep or watchs me abuse a certain bird on the screen. I tend to only have one arm free to type and roleplay. So I am either I will be spy DMing or in my cave rubbing my ass.

I thought I might give the community a heads up what type of DM you hopefully can expect and some guidelines.

*Steals Pleth speech*

All of my events are open, unless stated otherwise.
Please be conscious of the fun your fellow players are having and dont be an OOC dick to anyone.. I hate that :)
Specially not to me.. cause that would totally suck
Follow Rule 0 at all times..
As a general good thing too do is to stick together as a party, it makes it easier for me as far as spawns and heaven forbids some storyline here and there

If you are rouge and a scout type, just scout ahead a little and ask me what you see. Nothing more embarrassing then running ahead and seeing nothing, then the whole party gets trashed by Demonic God Chickens of destruction, all wielding fragments of the Black Dagger in thier beaks.

I do love dice rolls and I am still learning, I will be looking at the dice results.

Also I love character development and I will as a DM help as many of you with that.

When I organise an event there will be most probably a moment we're I might need to step away from the keyboard to help the wife with the baby. Though I do let my wife know I will be DMing, there are times my child comes first before Avlis. *jokes!*
 So be prepared for that and I apologise in advance.

I am not a fast paced DM, I hopefully like to see a group adventure.

So that pretty much sums it up. Game on :D

I for one will never forget the taste of Harry's hot pot.

I also finally got to hear a Lich laugh.

Great event thanks for the fun!

Was a great time. So thanks for a fun time Xeo/Ingoren! I think there was something for everyone in that little jaunt, just wish one of those was not ...LAGG! But it was fun anyways. And thanks to all you players who helped make it fun also.

I am trying out a experimental lock system maybe tonight. I'm at work at the moment and have been sketching the designs out.

I will get it scanned and posted later so those who are involved tonight can picture it in their mind during the roleplay.

It's experimental but hopefully it's a fun use of skills and dice rolls and RP.

I am very sorry but I've just got back from the Hospital and I cannot do tonight's Pelar event. My wife is having a operation tomorrow and it's me and Freya tonight on our own.

Wife is getting her gallbladder removed tomorrow.

Again my apologises.

Thanks for the messages.

I will be away for about 2 weeks with working on our first home. So busy time indeed! As some might know I am running a Zombie plot. I will pick this up when I am back and continue the story... :D

See you soon! :sauf:

Re: Xeo's Events

PostAuthor: Xeo » Fri Mar 10, 2017 9:34 am

I'm still not really around... I log sometimes here and there but it's hard work at the moment being a single parent with a 5 month old, decorating the new house, visiting the wife in hospital and all the other stuff that goes along with it. I am sure there are plenty here that know this  .

Anyway I am digressing... The more important point (joking) is that I need to put a shout out:

Anyone who has purchased a piece of jewellery from Squids In, you can if you want bring it to Ony and I will have it renamed for you. I've managed to rename the rest of the stock, so if you would like it fitting to where you brought it. Then ping me an OOC and we can meet up and RP... If I am around. I am on and off here and there... Mainly when I'm feeding bub's I log on. }8)

You don't have to buy the way 8-)

Thank you!

P.S I posted this in my Event's thread because I didn't want to OOC it in an IC forum. :glaskugel:

Ok I am back...

I think I've been away for 3-4 weeks now. Anyway I do have internet again but logged on a few times to check the Bat Cave and it seems a little laggy. Though I've been told by BT the Hub is working itself out over the next few days... X:| .

Soooo I will be continuing with my plot stuff, very excited about picking that up and also seeing you folks back in game.

Oh yes, I WILL be doing the Pelar Ritual Hunt, which I had planned but had to cancel... You can blame the wife... and the offspring if you want. Sure why not! }8)
