Adding Int and getting skill points?

If you add two points of Int will you retroactively get the extra skill points you would have had if you had started with that Int? (This is for a sorcerer build)

Con gives you retroactive hitpoints just fine. (just like when it is buffed/debuffed)

Sorcerer: Skill Points: (Int mod * 4 at 1st level) then its this every level after first 2 + Int mod

that is per avlis wiki.

If you're planning to increase Int, it's best to add those points early for the extra skills.
