Avlissian Holidays

I can't believe this hasnt been asked yet but a search of the forums seemed to be turning up hits on the English usage of the word holiday rather than the american one (What do you brits say when you DON'T mean vacation??!) .

What continent wide holidays are there?

What holidays exist for nations / orders / guilds presently in game?

IIRC a few of the deity descriptions may imply holidays, rituals, or religious festivals.

In-game I've implied, jokingly I admit, that the religion of Gorethar has a 'Festivus'-like holiday. I've also used religous events as the impetus for spontaneous DM-run adventures.

IMHO I see no problem with the PC-run religious orders of Avlis coming up with minor fesitvals/rituals/holidays, as long as they are approved by their DM sponsor, and Orleron if necessary as well. Might make for some interesting RP sessions
