Wilderness rollback after Trade Fair?

Location: chest in Room 10 of the Leaf & Stone

Summary:
Customised robes disappeared after the wilds server was down for a day.

Detail:
Prior to trade fair went over to Hala/Arkaz, and so unloaded some items used purely for crafting wands:

Evoker's Dress
Enchanter's Dress
Conjuration Dress
(all customised renamed items with spell focus in specified school)

Almost certainly dropped off some other items too, but can't remember offhand.

Came back & went straight to the fair, then was unable to get back to Wilds after the fair as it was down. Once it came back up, there was no sign of the items above. Chest has space (still 50 squares free even after adding more junk) and have checked it twice, also checked inventory carefully, and a chest in Tairis.

The items can be replaced, and re-customised (tho that'll take a few attempts) but I'l like to know if they were lost to a roll-back, or if there is a glitch with storing customised items in those Leaf & Stone chests?

Mmm I have lost staves before, but because I didnt remember where how or when..... I bypassed it.

Just to clarify, the names listed are the actual names on the robes, and the alteration/naming was done on the machine in Zvid.

What I'm really trying to do here, is establish if the items could have disappeared from some server glitch related to the Wilderness being down for a day, or if it's one of the rare p-chest-eating-items sort of bug?

By what you describe, a database transaction may not have been recorded. Simply put, your items may not have been saved in the chest before the reload. Might as well await the next server reset which will take place soon enough, in light of upcoming updates. :-)

I think I unloaded the stuff that would be no use off-Avlis on the Wednesday, tho may have been Tuesday, and Wilds went down Sunday night? Sorry a bit vague on exact times, it was one of those weeks at work last week :?

Okay more stuff has been going missing from the leaf and stone storage, arcadias uniform is the most recent i noticed vanishing

To clarify: is this a problem applying to old-school item-Tetris p-chests, or applying to chests of the menu-driven ep variety?

Leaf & Stone chests are the newer text based storage.

Nat lost some items (mainly customised clothing) from the new Oak chest in ROTE HQ (text based storage)

Not sure if its related here but since it was on the wilderness and involves a chest I'll mention it too. I have run into problems with having crafted weapons that are ready to accept artificing kits (primed and ready to go) and tossing them into an upgradeable style ep chest to finish later. Later on, I have returned to try and finish those weapons and add the enchantment kits only for nothing to happen. Everything has the "useable" option on it but when you try to use it.. nothing happens at all, as if there are no scripts attached to the "use". I have a handful of wasted crafted weapons not realizing this was an issue. I've not tried this anywhere else (since its too costly to test)
