1) Honestly don't know if wand activation requires a word spoken in full voice. My instinct is to say "probably not" but don't quote me.

2) Wand craft IDing should be via comparison and compounding proof. They don't have signatures on the wood, but this process would seem to be legit:

a) Bill hands you a wand, and you don't burn it all up. He says Joe the Mage made it.
b) Days later, you see Ched crafting wands, and he gives you one.
c) You compare it to the one Bill gave you. They are identical.
d) You conclude that Ched made both wands.

If e) you just WATCH Bill use a wand, you ought not be able to identify the maker then or later, because you've got nothing to compare it to.
However
If f) you already have one of Ched's wands in your pack or you use his wands regularly, you could reasonable identify the one Bill has when you see him use it.

The idea here is that simply looking at a wand doesn't confer information about the maker, but that wandmakers do impart a unique character to their work, one that experienced wand users will be able to recognize when they see it again.

3) Seems Korak has our answer... the notes are OOC and only those in view of the bard when he triggers the ability could hear and ID him.

These questions were answered in part a while ago, but I'd just like some quick clarification on the mechanics!

#1: Is there a giant stamp on artificed items with your character's name, and can that stamp be read by everyone regardless of casting ability?(Do you have to be a caster, do you need Spellcraft/Lore?)

#2: If there is a giant stamp, does it include the full floaty of a character? What if your character has never used some or all of his floaty?(If they've always called themselves, "Fred," and their floaty is, "John.")

#3: At the end of the day, does the quote above still hold true?

THE RESPONSE!

#1: Is there a giant stamp on artificed items with your character's name, and can that stamp be read by everyone regardless of casting ability?(Do you have to be a caster, do you need Spellcraft/Lore?)

More like identifiable markings akin to handwriting. No further explanation is desired, because the team doesn't want to get into nitpicky rules lawyer stuff. Such as - no, a crafter may not conceal this 'handwriting'. Ever.

#2: If there is a giant stamp, does it include the full floaty of a character? What if your character has never used some or all of his floaty?(If they've always called themselves, "Fred," and their floaty is, "John.")

Floaty names are always OOC, even on crafted items.

#3: At the end of the day, does the quote above still hold true?

Yes. Take it on good faith the team will look very warily on any attempts to identify somebody ICly based on wand stuff alone.
