I voted Black Dagger/Eternal Spark. I've really enjoyed reading the history of the deities, the underdark, the demon-lords, the spawn of Alifanitax, and all that. :)

Lizards as a legitimate part of the world and not just some token clearly-nonhuman enemy. I like lizard characters for some reason.

Voted black dagger/eternal spark, but I would throw demon lords of the underdark and demonspawn wars under that same concept.

It's the most original part of the Avlis setting. :)

I voted for the Vortex of Mortal Magic, since the metaphysics of magic is oftentimes neglected in fantasy worlds. Even my all-time favorite fantasy world, Krynn of the Dragonlance saga, leaves its lunar gods of magic forever shrouded in mystery, even as there is enough Dragonlance background material to make your head asplode. The Vortex and the struggles over its control are key parts of Avlis' contemporary storyline and even now represent one of the most visible aspects of magic in this world.

Good stuff! :)

Went for the nine. Love the way theres so much history in there and then youve got all the offspring aswell for demi gods. Maybe its boring but my favourite part anyway.

All of it! Without trying to be a sycophant. I love every part of the world, and how it has grown from a PnP setting to evolving beyond it and becoming what it is now.

Kurathene, I guess, though really, Nob and I wrote most of that, so I can't really say that. ;)

Dunno, I guess none of the above, heh. Or maybe the intelligent Orcs.

I liked the war as well as it gave so many guilds and PCs a chance to influence the world in some small way, not just the two armies actually involved.

Anything where PCs can have a say in the world development is great, this just gave a whole heap of people that chance.

I voted Neverdead because it's such a simple concept. Simple yet brilliant, it adds a whole new spin to the game. It fits so seamlessly into the standard D&D mythology that I'm amazed it wasn't already introduced in all the hundreds of supplements that have been published throughout the years. Nice!
